All orders are shipped as insured packages from Germany with DHL.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur over which Acciaio&Co. has no control and for which it is not responsible.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

RETURNS

We at Acciaio&Co. want to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their order. If your new item doesn’t fit or you changed your mind about a purchase you can return it to for a full refund. You can find our return policy below:

• We offer free EU & UK returns. Click here to make a return.
• Orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
• We will refund the price you paid for your item, back to your original payment method (we do not refund your shipping charge).
• All products must be returned intact and undamaged - if not your return will be refused and sent back to you.                  
  

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we strongly recommend that you use a secure, trackable courier of your choice (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) to return your items to us safely. Please make sure your package is insured and the return shipping label is included. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to sender and cannot be refunded.
